Empoleon #0395
The evolution of non-steel type Pokémon, Prinplup and Piplup, Empoleon are very proud Pokémon, making them ideal for Pokémon musicals, shows, contests, etc. They especially take great pride in the size of their horns and consider large horns a symbol of leadership and strength.
Damaging an Empoleon's pride can be dangerous, as the Pokémon has incredibly sharp wings, compared to master-crafted blades. Luckily, they prefr to avoid unnecessary disputes.
Food
Empoleon eat regular Poké-kibble and most Poké-treats. They prefer fresh fish though!
Grooming and Maintenance
Empoleon are quite needy when it comes to grooming. Luckily, they aren't very suceptible to rust or tarnish, but they still need their feathers preened on a regular basis. I'm not the most well-versed on grooming Pokémon with feathers, so I suggest checking out this website that focuses on Flying-type Pokémon.
Ranking
Despite its pride, Empoleon are quite well-behaved, and their pre-evolutions don't pose any major challenges in raising them, as far as I know. Because of this, I give them a rank of 1, their evolution line are great starter Pokémon. Although, if you want to raise Steel-type Pokémon I'd recommend a Pokémon that starts off as steel.
